  Helpful staff and decent race equipment. Anything not there can be ordered and transferred from another store. Had my ski boots fitted there, and there was no problem going back 3 times to get them tweaked. All in all would recommend this

  Absoute waste of time. Arrived at 12.00 wanting help in runners need. Asked a member of staff for help, was advised he had two customers so we'd need to wait. 25mins later I asked again only to be told he was now busy so I asked another member of staff on a PC if she could help but apparently the PC was more important. Spoke to the duty manager to raise the issue. Explained that we'd purchased from the store in Bagshot and wanted some more help. Basically I was told his hands are tied it's not his fault..... Sorry but if you have a retail store of that size please ensure you have staff. You're aware that most customers will want specialised help and the process will take longer. Unfortunately you have just lost two customers
