  Visited with my family earlier today. The store layout was appalling and not wheelchair friendly for our disabled daughter, my wife struggled to navigate the store. Ignorant staff offered no assistance but instead chose to stare at us throughout the visit. They were not welcoming or friendly. The only explanation for there attitudes would be either 1) they considered myself, my wife and two daughters as potential shoplifters? Or 2) they considered my severely disabled daughter a circus attraction? Even as I paid for a pair of boots I was met with a grunt and no eye contact as she whispered with a male member of staff. I would be highly unlikely to return to the store and would encourage the company to invest in some training for their staff in both Customer Service and Disability awareness. Certainly a shop to avoid.

  Good product,reasonable staff efficiency and prices.Re one star reviewManager laiases with north end shop watch after dealing with customers.Besides,unless their daughter was an amputee ,only single sized shoes on display to heist.
