  Always great service here. I've visited other vauxhall garages and for some reason the other garages are just unhelpful. But here they take the time to explain to you about offers and what you can add or take off and then how the prices changes. Very helpful staff and lovely place to visit

  If I could put 0 stars I would have If I could put 0 stars I would have. Poor experience from start to finish. I turned up at the Portsmouth branch for my 14:00 test drive, there were two employees stood outside smoking right in front of the door. As I started to walk in they then decide, in an unwelcoming way, to speak to me, rudely saying “are you looking for something?” I then said yes, I have a test drive booked for two. After asking my name around 5 times, as he was walking off each time I said it, we sat down and he asked how much the car was? I couldn’t remember exactly but explained which type it was. After taking my address, he then said he would find the person who booked it in. Then he walked off around the car park and then walked back in for an umbrella then proceeding back outside with very little interaction. After he came back in he said he couldn’t find the car and he was going to call the person who booked it to find out, he walked out to the back office for a few minutes to return chewing loudly on food and just said it’s on the other depot down the road. At this point I deciding to tell him don’t worry il go somewhere else. Absolutely poor customer service and no intention of assisting me. Would strongly suggest the manager retrains their staff as the person helping me looked quite senior. Will not be purchasing a car through this company as wouldn’t want them to gain for the disgusting business skills. STAY AWAY!
