Click and collect is more like click and be told to go and speak to someone at the other end of the store, wait around for said someone to be free, the wait around some more for another person to bring your item down then eventually pay and put item in car! Certainly not click and collect! Was also told I can't collect nectar points, maybe someone should tell nectar that because as far as they are concerned I can at PC World! And don't even get me started about their black Friday and cyber Monday events! No stock despite items on their site being"available for collect in store" useless!
